I am a young graduate with a strong interest in everything related to counselling, both to companies and individuals, with a particular interest in the personal data protection and Corporate liability (D.lgs.231/01).

I am graduated with the score of 110 cum Laude with a commendation from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. I write my dissertation on Criminal Law of the Economy "The comparison between Corporate Criminal Liability USA and Italian 231 Liability. The role of compliance programs and organizational models in building personal responsibility".

As part of my legal training, I have been collaborating with Iusgate Law Firm since September 2020.
