Ask for an estimate of fees

A request for an estimate of fees usually raises in lawyers a sense of aversion, even if an estimate of fees is required by law. Iusgate professionals traditionally consider making estimates of fees, rather than a duty to fulfill, a customer’s right to be guaranteed.

If entrepreneurs are at the centre of Iusgate activity, then they must receive accurate, transparent and clear information, so that they may easily understand the estimate of fees and allocate all charges in their budget.

As Antonio Zama wrote some time ago, Iusgate professionals wage a battle against the 15% rate of general expenses, usually charged by lawyers to customers (and too often not specified in estimates of fees and costs). With rare exceptions, Iusgate does not apply said surcharge.
